We apply this system in all of our projects. In this system, there is a stream stabilizer cover on the roof and it prevents the transmission of the wind and the rain. It also provides the transmission of the damp in the roof to the atmosphere. By this way, there won’t be any dust, insect or other unwanted things on the roof.
We use German teremco products for PVC door and windows. These products are illmod eco and two-sided joinery foils.
İllmod eco is a weather strip. It is used for heavy rains.
We can do underfloor heating in your villa if you want. This is the best heating way for people. If you choose underfloor heating, it becomes 26C for your foot and 22C fort he upper parts of your body.
