It is a single-storey modern house whose roof is flat in grey tones. It is a single-car garage. The bedrooms are in the front and the rooms are reversed. The entrance is inside of the house. Empty spaces are emphasized with a roof which is ended with sunshades. The ground floor consists of three combining cubes. The biggest one is completed with black front Stones. Other ones are decorated with grey concrete and White parget. In the middle, there is the highest cube, the living space. On the ground floor big glasses are used and it is perfectly enlightened. In summer, the cover of the large roofed terrace is opened. The terrace is ideal for the guests and the parties.

Double-sidefireplaceis centrally placed. The kitchen will beloved by everyone who love cooking different meals. The corebel which is well placed and is useful as a cellar will be helpful while cooking.

In the Project, the cellar is a connection between the garage, serving room and the other parts of the house. It gives the opprtunity to use these rooms ergonomically. With the help of this, you can carry your shopping bags to the kitchen and the cellar. The night part of the house can be separated by a door which is added to the behind of the guest’s toilet which is near the living room and is added to the lobby. In the night part, there are three rooms which have their own wardrobesand one of them has a bathroom. This Project is designed for those who want to relax and comfort.
