It is suitable for three children families. Neptün 12 is a single storey house with a very sloping roof and two garages. Inside of the house is divided into two parts as day and night parts. Eating part and living room are designed with a fireplace so your house isn’t destitude of the heat of a warm house. In the kitchen, there is a lot of kitchen benches that allwomen like in the house.

The large terrace which covers all day part is covered with big glasses in order to maximize the lightening of inside parts. The closeness of the toilet keeps the quests in the daily part of the house. The night part consists of four bedrooms. Two middle rooms have a bathroom in the corridor. In the other room, there is a bathroom and a dressing room.
