Grande 4 is a house design created in an old cube shape. It is designed with a flat roof and a bulge in a broken rectangle shape. Large Windows lighten the house and they are opened to the garden. On the ground floor, on the right of the main entrance, in the middle of the front grade, there is a large kitchen and a dining room with a large glassed bay window. On the garden side, there is a living room with a fireplace which is placed centrally. It can be used outdoors. A room,which is seperated with a siliding door , can be used as a library, an office or aguest room. On the left of the entrance there is a bathroom whis is opened to the laundry room. On the firstfloor, there are three bedrooms and one of them has its own bathroom and wardrobes. Also, there is a big bathroom with a wash basin. Grande 4 is suitable for a family with two or three children.
