It is a modern villa with a double-car garage, a flat roof and 330 m2 space. It ismade of White wooden or grey concrete or parget.
The closed entrance and the entrance Wall is emphasized with a large window that is two-floors height. The Project consists of different cubes in different heights and colours. The ground floor is divided into two levels with 60 cm height difference. Entrance is deep. On the left, there is a dining room and a kitchen with a cellar. On the right, there is a study room, a bathroom and a laundry room. Office can be used as a guest room and the laundry room can be turned into a sauna. Each room has an exit to the terrace. There is a living room and a resting part 60 cm below. A room is added for home theatre system. It is seperated from the living room by a sliding doors that can enlarge the livingroom if it is necessary. There are four bedrooms which have their own bathrooms and wardrobes. Resting terrace and balconies can be seen through the completely glassed Windows. It provides more light and it protects all parts from the sun and the rain.
